Happiness is something most of us want to have in our lives but seems to hide from us even when we know we should be feeling happy.
The science of epigenetics and NLP show us that even if we don’t feel happy we should pretend we are happy because then the body and brain begin to start producing chemicals, neurotransmitters and hormones that correspond to feeling happy. It may take a little while, but it does work.
If you wish to be happy then live a life of gratitude and tell the people you appreciate that you appreciate them. It’s easy once you get over that initial bump of telling a few people at the beginning.
